Okay, more like a small twig. But still... WTF? I was changing Indigo last night and happened to notice a dark spot on the new diaper. I touched it and it was hard. Closer inspection revealed a small twig. Not a happy mama over here! I just wrote to Pampers so we'll see what they say. I've been inspecting each diaper ever since, which is really annoying, but I'm not feeling too trusting right now.
It started out embedded in the diaper but I had to pull it out to see what it was. It's still attached, though. Just really, really weird.
Edit: It happened again! Argh!
Did this happen at daycare? How bizarre. I wonder if they had the babies outside at some point, or maybe an older kid carelessly tracked it in?
ReplyDeleteMy friend sent me these links the other day (I thought they were funny since she's one of Kinley's regular babysitters). They're pretty good reads, although I'm sure you know most of this stuff already. It says "nanny" but most of the signs would also apply to a daycare.

Nope, not at daycare yet. This was a brand new diaper from a fairly newly opened pack. Happened in manufacturing somehow. I wrote to Pampers so we'll see what they say. Thanks for the links!
